Here is beautiful slab we repaired in chattanooga the recesses were all the wrong dimension,and slab dimensions were wrong along with the grade being off by 2.5in from one side of slab to other.

Beautiful 160ft x 10ft storage building Pad with 9 1/2in recess down front and 1 1/2 in recess down back and sides, 5 guys roughly 8 hrs.
