A local realtor company needed just a little bit more room for their growing company. They picked up this 6000sqft office and off we went. With alot of hard work and planning we were able to transform this outdated work space into a new modern work environment that was built specifically to their needs.

This is another home we did for a local realtor. When we got in this house it was in very rough shape to say the least but with a lot of hard work we were able to bring this house in north Olmsted into a cozy home for someone.

This is one of the flip houses we did for a local real estate agent in bay village. The house was older and outdated when we got in there but after some time and planning we were able to bring it up to speed. We completely remodeled the kitchen and bathroom, we finished the basement, added some fresh paint throughout the entire home and sanded and refinished the floors. This home did not last very long on the market
