It’s nice to be back to working on some projects. I love bringing new life into quality vintage furniture. I started this project a few months ago and am glad to have the time to complete this .
Not going to lie, it was hard to look past the original shade😂 but this 43” tall gorgeous and now more vibrant lamp was worth the wait. In the world of MCM you can’t go wrong with burnt orange 🍊 ✨💯Enjoy!

Beautiful walnut woodgrain with detailed inlay work- featuring signature pewter “x” details. All hardware is original.

Very good condition. This piece has been professionally restored but may show signs of wear due to prior normal use.

Back from upholstery and feeling fine… This Erik Ostermann lounge chair is looking sharp after getting the itchy magenta 80’s re-upholstery fabric removed and slipping into some fresh Kvadrat canvas. We love the way that is compliments the Papabear chair and look forward to some peaceful reading in the den.

This gorgeous 10’ sofa by Adrian Pearsall presold from our stories. It is such a beautiful piece of art- I loved restoring the single solid piece of 10’ gorgeous grain walnut trim- such a statement. Do not even get me stated on the gorgeous pieces of Italian attached travertine side tables 🤩

I cannot wait to see photos of it in it’s new home.

Pair of Stacked Rattan 3 drawer nightstands

In the era of when Art Deco met Midcentury Modern/ Paul Frankl designed streamlined furniture that was simpler than the ornamental furniture from previous times and was quickly adopted and sought after by the Hollywood elite.

Theses nightstands feature solid mahogany(top and drawers)and rattan construction. We updated this look by naturalizing/neutralizing the esthetic with a tan wash and enamel(see the last photo for before). Those who have worked with mahogany know that is is a beautiful but stubborn wood. We couldn’t be happier with the result. We will be restoring the matching tallboy next.
