Took out some old tile and a cast iron tub, replaced 3 rotten floor joists and replaced subfloor under tub. Installed new 4 pc tub, all new plumbing in walls and hooked up drain, painted around the tub and installed 3 grab bars. Updated and clean.

This customer is having knee surgery next month and wanted to get rid of the tub and put in a simple and clean walk in shower with grab bars. Alone with changing out the sink and faucet. Removed a tub and 3 pc shower insert. Repaired floor joists, and ran new subfloor under shower.

Photo Dump!!! Turned a single space addition into a bedroom and a bathroom. Demo was down to studs and floor joists, and pretty much built from the ground up. Every aspect of this room is new. Subfloor, insulation, plumbing, new wiring, drywall, paint, flooring, doors, trim, windows, lighting, you name it. Came out amazing. Fantastic upgrade to this home for a return customer.
