Started today with the reinstallation of faucets and soap dispensers in a master bath. Last Thursday I removed the sinks and the countertop now that the new countertop is in, I was able to put the faucets in.
Later, I installed cabinet handles on cabinets that I installed months ago. Client was finally ready for them.
After that, I received an emergency call about a sliding door. The complaint was the lacks were not lining up. The whole sliding door set was installed inside out. Not the problem. The door was off track. When the foot controled lock is set, it forces the door to run off track. Tightened the upper wheels and it is staying on track now.
Finished the day at a preschool. One of the two sinks in three classrooms was raised to an adult height. Unfortunately, the people that did this work did not put wood backing in. They bolted the sinks into the drywall. I removed the sink, added, backing, and reinstalled the sink. Today was sink two, heading back Wednesday to finish the last sink.
