It's that time of year y'all! Time to get your yearly maintenance done on your HVAC system. We are flooring $50 off for all Tarkington or surrounding areas residence. Once it heats up we won't be able to do these anymore. We will be too busy getting people back up and running. It is so very important to do yearly maintenance on your HVAC system. It makes them more efficient, extends their lifetime, and lesson the risk of it going out on you.
Before and after of a unit we did yearly maintenance on. Wow! What a difference! Call or text today at 832-465-1245 for an appointment. We do a through cleaning (not just rinse the coils) and inspection. We provide you with before and after pictures and an inspections report. Then if you need us for any reason within the next 12 months there is no call out fee!

We have ordered from them in the past. A-maz-ing!!!! Way better than I could ever make and it's for a great cause! They send their own time and money to raise $ so TISD students can have a Christmas. The items come with very specific instructions and are so very good! Even I couldn't screw it up. Lol

Annual maintenance on your HVAC sysyem why is it important?
Efficiency : efficiency means your AC uses less energy, lowering your utility bills.
Longevity: Regular maintenance prevents strain on the system, extending its lifespan.
Air Quality: Clean coils reduce the risk of mold and mildew growth, improving indoor air quality.
We offer a year or bi-yearly maintenance contract. We come out and completely clean your condenser (not just spray it with a water hose like some other companies). We then preform inspections on all components for the AC and Heater, we will change filer and/or media filter (to be provided by home owner) change the batteries in your thermostat, put bleach in the drain lines to help keep them clean and not backing up. We will also provide you with before and after pictures and discuss any other concerns you may have while we are there. Then you are under our service contract for the next 12 months. What that means is if you need us to come back out for any reason you will not pay a diagnostic fee. Also, you will get priority booking. We preform these services this time of the year ideally. Once it's get hot in the summer we are busy keeping everyone cool!
