Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our country. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it’s a time to reflect on the sacrifices made for the freedoms we enjoy every day.

At Will Cox Roofing, this holiday is especially meaningful to our family. Our founder and namesake, Will Cox, proudly served both as a police officer and in the military. His dedication to service, integrity, and community is still at the heart of everything we do today.

Day 5 of our Meet the Team Series:

Faith Germany
Client Relations & Scheduling Coordinator

Faith Germany is a 2024 graduate of Caney Creek High School and brings a strong work ethic, versatility, and heart to the Will Cox Roofing team.

She plays a key role in client relations and scheduling—helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring our customers feel taken care of from the very first call.

Faith grew up understanding the value of hard work and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. From assisting with roofing repairs to helping hang gutters, she truly can do it all—she’s just as comfortable in the field as she is in the office.

Outside of work, Faith enjoys riding ATVs with Zane, spending time with her dogs and horse, and anything hands-on or creative. She has a natural talent for building and creating.

Faith is currently expecting her first child this summer, and the same dedication, love, and care she brings to her work is exactly what will make her an incredible mother.

She is dependable, hardworking, and all-in on everything she does—and we’re lucky to have her as part of the Will Cox Roofing family.

Zane Cox
Roofing & Gutter Sales Consultant

Zane has been around roofing his entire life—so much so that as a kid, he once dressed up as a roofer for career day and introduced himself as “Zane Cox Roofing.” It’s safe to say this industry has always been part of who he is.

A natural entrepreneur with a strong work ethic, Zane graduated a year early from homeschool in 2022 and jumped straight into the business full-time. Since then, he has become a key part of our team, working closely with homeowners to ensure every project is handled with care, honesty, and attention to detail.

Zane is passionate about helping people, building relationships, and making sure every customer walks away happy. He takes pride in contributing to the continued growth of Will Cox Roofing and upholding the standards the company was built on.

Outside of work, Zane enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Faith, as they prepare to welcome their first baby this summer. When he’s not on a roof or meeting with customers, you’ll likely find him working on or riding four-wheelers and ATVs—anything hands-on and outdoors.

Meet Victoria Cox
Director of Operations at Will Cox Roofing

Victoria is a devoted wife and a proud mom, deeply rooted in family and faith. She plays a vital role behind the scenes at Will Cox Roofing—overseeing day-to-day operations, marketing, client communication, and the details that keep everything running smoothly.

With a natural passion for serving others, Victoria’s work extends beyond roofing. She is also a Realtor and concierge travel planner, helping clients navigate major life moments—from buying and selling homes to planning meaningful getaways. Whether it’s finding the perfect home or creating unforgettable travel experiences, she is dedicated to making the process seamless and personal.

A Tarkington High School Class of 2010 graduate and Sam Houston State University Class of 2015 alumna, Victoria has strong roots in the community she proudly serves.

Outside of work, she loves traveling, reading, and spending time with her large, close-knit family. She is especially passionate about connecting people with experiences and opportunities that bring them joy.

Victoria is also a proud Christian who leads with faith in both her life and work.

Meet The Owner & CEO
Willard Cox III

Raised in the roofing industry, Willard learned the trade working side by side with his father—building a foundation rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and doing the job right.

Willard is the driving force behind Will Cox Roofing, and a true example of what it means to lead with integrity.

A lifelong Cleveland local, he is a proud Cleveland ISD Class of 1993 graduate and Sam Houston State University alumnus. His roots in this community run deep, and so does his commitment to serving it!

Willard has spent years giving back to the community - coaching and sponsoring local little league teams and supporting young athletes across the area - and has a genuine passion for helping people. He believes in always doing the right thing, no matter the situation, and this is a value that has been foundational for the business from the start.

A master craftsman at heart, he enjoys working with his hands—whether that’s restoring old trucks, building something new, or taking things apart just to figure out how they work. When he’s not on a roof or meeting with homeowners, you’ll likely find him outdoors - hunting, traveling with his family or spending time with his two German Short Haired pointers.

He’s a proud husband and father of three, all raised right here in Cleveland, and a man of strong faith who leads both his family and this business with compassion, honesty, and steady leadership.
