This contains about ten years worth of our projects- we build everything from the ground up to the paint and finished carpentry and all masonry including cement-
For cement I’m a small time roller- same for painting-
For masonry I’m fairly big and small projects-
For drywall I’m small time- not full houses but for sure a full basement-
All cabinetry and full house kitchens and trim work- lots of step staircase work- all wood flooring types.

Call me and I can let you know if I feel comfortable tacjkling your project or elas give you someone who cann do that much cheaper than me!

Spelling errors are ok- I don’t proofread this stuff- I just like people to be able to quickly read if I am able before they call-

I still price to get jobs- I work 6 or 7 days a week because I can- and because I still end up with days off cuz of whatever is not ready and lots of days are just 3-4 hour things and I don’t usually tackle two different jobs in one day- it isn’t worth the stress!

Free estimate obviously and generally o don’t take money down at all- sometimes I require material to be paid for at Home Depot- but most of my jobs are under 500$ in materials- so I can cover that upfront- I’m pretty communicative and sometimes take draws if it’s a long job- some of my jobs take a month- we aren’t rich enough to float paychecks for that long- anyways- give me a call and we can walk you through how the job should go- it won’t go that way but it will be quite close- all the ladies always mess up our plans and it comes out slightly more expensive- but it usually shines in the end- my referral list is amazing- I can match you up with project like yours or people like you- not judging though- 😂
