Summer Seafood Marinade

INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 cup Blood Orange EVOO
* 2 tbsp Grapefruit Balsamic
* 4 4 oz fillets Halibut
* 2 sprigs Thyme

DIRECTIONS
1. Whisk together oil, balsamic, and thyme leaves in shallow bowl. Add fillets to container and coat with marinade, let chill in fridge for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat over to 375° to set BBQ on high.
3. Cook until flakes, 10-15 minutes in over or 7-10 minutes on BBQ.
4. Serve with roasted veggies, rice or potatoes.
