Fence falling down? No worries! This fence had definitely run its course. With a half day of prep work, and a half day install, this condo’s patio is on its way to looking market ready!

From November 20th to Today. Such a great transformation in just 3 weeks with my most recent project. This one just hit the market!

I am so thankful for an amazing crew who works hard and diligently to get our projects done well and quickly. They removed 3 dumpsters full of trash and leftover household items amazingly quick.

Complete reconfiguration of this kitchen. We opened up a load bearing wall for an open concept living space.

Painted the lower cabinets and kept the original floors to fit the budget on this one but with a bright new countertop and backsplash this one really popped!
