Another custom outdoor project wrapped up by Twin Pillar Construction LLC‼️

We designed and built a deck with a pergola over this hot tub to create a more functional, comfortable, and finished outdoor space. This setup adds:

✅A solid 4” poured and rebarred foundation built to handle the elements
✅Structural strength, Double 2x12 band, 2x10 Joists, 6x6 posts with brackets😉
✅Clean deck integration around the tub

Another bathroom transformation completed by Twin Pillar Construction LLC ✔️

This project involved a full gut and rebuild to ensure the space was not only beautiful, but structurally sound and built to last. We demoed the entire bathroom, sistered the existing floor joists to restore proper strength and stability replaced the entire subfloor (glued and screwed). New drywall, knockdown texture, popcorn ceiling was removed for a clean, textured finish.

To improve both comfort and performance, we installed new insulation in the exterior walls and added sound-dampening insulation in the interior walls. The project was finished with a wall tiled shower, a new bathtub insert and tiled floor, bringing everything together with a durable, high-end look.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with the homeowner’s on this project!

🥶Just in time for the next cold spell!
This homeowner envisioned a luxurious hot tub wrapped by a spacious freestanding deck.
We hand-dug carefully into a steep hillside, working right between the house and a massive old oak tree (protecting the COC was priority #1! 🧱). To stabilize the slope and keep the run off from the back of the hottub, we installed a solid, standard retaining wall using 12” concrete block — clean, reliable, and built to last.
We delivered with a smooth, seamless transition where the deck boards meet the top edge of the tub — creating that clean, integrated look that makes the hot tub feel perfectly built into the deck.

🌀Helene brought in over 2 feet of water into this homeowner’s basement and completely undermined the existing support piers under the home.
We were called into see what we could do about securing the foundation of this home!
🛠️🧱We removed the hot water heater and all the loose soil around the supports and added in a block retaining wall to prevent anymore soil erosion under the home, poured New Quikrete Concrete Tube footers for 2 new 6x6 support post to grab this center beams attention again! (Not pictured, we also installed a new AO Smith hot water heater)
