AKRR project was created as a passion business located out of Coatesville. Happy to provide my services to homeowners and businesses looking for quality, commitment and affordable options in getting your property washed.
Here is what I do for cleaning..
Houses and vertical structures: they are cleaned by a Soft Wash system. The buildup is rinsed first with clean water, then a mixture of chemical and soap is applied using low pressure and then it is rinsed off with medium to low pressure and the process is repeated for stubborn stains and heavy buildup..

Just for knowledge: some companies use hot water to do the cleaning and that process is called Power Washing. The equipment heats up the water and helps dissolve the build up.
Caution: Do not use High pressure on sides of the structure as that has potential to damage the property...

For flat surfaces like, patios, deck surface, concrete and paver walkways, I use high pressure washing to remove the stains and restore the beauty. Help is chemicals and soap help clean up the surfaces also..
Some of the deck stains if ignored for a while are hard to remove as they have penetrated deep and would leave a mark, but the spots can be blended . Use a surface cleaner where possible to clean evenly and save some water.
