When your candle sit on a table or shelf (or even in storage waiting for their first burn), dust can easily accumulate on top of the wax. Once you start burning your candle, debris from the wick can also fall into the wax. It's important to always use a paper towel to clear out debris or dust from the top of your candle before lighting it so ensure a clean, safe burn! 🕯️
