This week’s spotlight is on American Caribbean Experience 🌿

American Caribbean Experience (ACE) is a small farm in Jamaica. On one property they run aeroponic produce, honey, a jerk restaurant, a hotel, ice cream, chocolate, and a support program for their local community.

Each business is modest. Stacked together, the farm is resilient against the volatility that kills monoculture operations.
