I enjoyed every minute of doing this project for a valued customer. Color-drenching walls and trim is quickly becoming my favorite. Cashmere Flat Enamel was used in both rooms on walls and trim. Sherwin-Williams Succulent and Sherwin-Williams Thunder Gray were used. Sherwin-Williams

What a huge difference a little bit of paint will do. The prvious owner had painted the doors and other areas with latex over oil base. Nightmare!
Food for thought:
If you are ever curious whether you have oil base trim. Rub some denatured alcohol on them to see if the paint comes off. If it just cleans the area it's oil base. Fingernail polish will work as well. Just feel after applying. If its tacky it's latex.
