Great review from Sorina... "I wish I had taken before/after pics! Dor was amazing. Quick, kind, honest, and my dog who growls at everyone really took to him so her ok was all I needed! My double, insulated door was stuck and extremely unsafe. Frame bent, door installed incorrectly & crooked (years ago) bolts missing, cable frayed, motor fried, and rollers worn. But i had had such a negative experience the first time, I just dealt with it and have been manually opening the door for years. Im at the point, where the door is to heavy. Dor came out memorial day, told me he wouldn't replace the door itself because it was in great condition but noted all the issues above which I already knew. Came back at MY schedules availability and fixed it all! Even cut himself in the process and didn't complain..I felt so bad...i had done that to in the past. Was done in under 2 hours and I couldn't be happier with the results. Its weird to just push a button lol. I highly recommend ASAP! They are not pushy either which is what turned me away from the 2 others I called."
