Been pecking away at this house in phases throughout the summer, finally got a done stamp on it today. Replaced the original 1970s aluminum casement windows with new vinyl assemblies. All new trim work with proper top flashing that wasn’t installed previously. Followed by a complete exterior repaint (mustard delete) and gutter replacement. Onto the next!

Nice to get this one wrapped up, took a window and made this basement into a walkout. Had to temp wall, and add a double LVL header after opening up the wall, and finding a decent load where we were wanting to put in a French door. Teamed up with Preferred Concrete to add buttress walls to reinforce the foundation before cutting out the opening, and finished off with a 14x14 concrete pad with curbs on both sides to keep the dirt from washing onto the concrete pad.

Had a fun few work days in the boonies getting this barndominium trimmed out with my brother!

Before and after on this 70s deck that needed a rebuild from rotted structural framing, as well as not being up to code. Framed deck on 1’ centers, added load bearing posts, and cut new stair stringers. Stained all framing to match trim paint on house & fencing. Installed Trex composite decking with hidden fasteners, and topped it off with fortress powder coated posts and railings. Should be good for the next 50 years. 👍🏼

This was a fun/challenging transformation on this stairwell. Homeowners were getting hardwood floors refinished and were wanting a new look for the railing. decided on solid oak balusters and handrail with no fasteners showing for a seamless finish. Went with wrought iron spindles to finish it off. 🔨

Big project that Above the line excavation and I teamed up on, sewer line tie in to outbuilding, and 3 RV dump sites along a 340 ft line to connect to existing septic system. Also ran 500 ft of 1” PEX waterline to supply 4 new hydrants throughout the property. Also added electric to make 3 full hookup RV sites for visitors.

Finally got this deck wrapped up. 1600 total feet of deck space to enjoy the views of this property up by the Air Force Academy. Thanks Above the line excavation for helping with digging/pouring piers and grade work.

Busy few days getting this 12,000 Sq. Ft. Commercial building fixed up before new tenants move in. Lots of plumbing upgrades, patching, texturing and painting walls but we got it done before the deadline 💪🏼 thanks Jake for lending a hand with the paint prep!
