We had to make sure to leave one last mark (for now😉) in Downtown Waynesville before we head out to Colorado Springs 🤍

We’re so excited to showcase The Riverside Shop’s new look and location! From a building that sat empty for years after a fire in the perfect location, to a beautifully designed and renovated space for a local retail and clothing boutique.

This project sure was a labor of love and we are so grateful to everyone involved in making this project come to life. To our clients, our contractors, and tradespeople… We couldn’t have made this happen without every single one of you.

Yet another great addition to the downtown community! If you did not get a chance to make the grand opening yesterday, make sure you stop in this week to see the space in person! 🤍

The end of an era…..

This was truly the best space that I had dreamed of having for so long, and I finally did and made the most of it. To the Waynesville community, I am grateful beyond words for your love and support of my little happy place. She was small but she grew into something I never thought would happen!

While we officially hand the keys back over this week, don’t fret. We’re still in the community for a little while! Please keep in touch, follow along and see where we go next 🤍

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year✨

Words can’t begin to describe how thankful I am for the clients who have trusted me fully with their spaces. 2025 was one of our best years full of amazing clients and projects and we are still pushing into 2026 to finish out what’s left!

This year we don’t have “resolutions” but just a single word to follow for 2026. Our word is INTENTION. Focusing on intentional and purposeful design for ourselves and our clients. Letting go of fast moving trends and focusing on balancing function and design. I am SO eager to see what and who 2026 brings us 🤍✨

For now, we’re focusing on closing the Waynesville studio, pushing through on our last few full home renovations here in Missouri and officially making the move to Colorado Springs! However, leaving Missouri does not mean we are not available for design services in the area…. We DO offer remote options and are actively accepting remote design clients! Feel free to reach out for more info 🤍

This holiday season, we’re taking a moment to pause and say thank you. To every client, collaborator, friend, and supporter…. your belief in HDP has meant more than words can say!🤍

While our Waynesville studio is officially closed, we’ll be here a little while longer completing our final projects and spending time with the clients who made this chapter so special. This season feels like both a closing and a beginning, and we’re incredibly grateful for all that led us here. We can’t wait to share what’s next!
