Hello everyone!
We put in some custom red oak newel posts with metal balusters. The stain was from Sherwin-Williams it is a Minwax, and the line is called Provincial.
It turned out really nice!
We also had the chance to became friends with bubby by the end of everything. He's a pretty cool little doggo!

Another deck we had the opportunity to completely restore! We striped this one down to its natural redwood base. We stained it with a transparent redwood stain from Sherwin-Williams as well. We also added new RDI railing from Timbers Diversified Wood Products, Inc. Our client ordered his own post caps online. We had the opportunity to also build a custom cocktail rail for boo "the coolest cat in that area code to lay on in the sun!" We also built a bench, and painted the trim and siding. Howdy folks! We wrapped this one up yesterday! It was an insurance claim for hail damage. All new rails, and new solar post caps. This is the trex transcend line for the railing and the post caps are the classy caps line. We went the extra mile on this deck and pressure washed everything at the end as well. Our client was pleased with the outcome!

Had to step away from our interior job for one day to wrap up this over 850LF of utility wire fence. This one is finally done. Thank you Larry & Renate for being so patient with us. You both are great people and we are glad to call you our friends! Stay in touch.
This was a five foot tall 2x4, 14 gauge weld utility wire. With H-Posts double wrapped with 10 Gauge tension wire. T-posts were put in the ground every 15ft and every hundred ft wooden rail posts to keep everything as tight as possible. This was intended for the doggo's to run a muck. We usually put in the 12 gauge weld wire for horse and cattle. But they want to try and keep cost within a more reasonable means.

Good evening folks! A couple of days ago we started the flooring in this living room.
We removed the carpet, backing and the carpet tack strip.
To even out the plywood decking, we sanded the seams and nailed down with 3" 10D nails. This eliminates any squeaking and or movement from walking on it.

The chosen material is Lifeproof. The color is Sterling Oak. We enjoyed putting this one together for our friend, "who's also a repeat client".
The color tones in this product truly set off the characteristics of wood grain with a vinyl finish and backing already attached to increase longevity and durability.

There will be more pictures as we go. We are completely revamping the entire floor of this house! So hang onto your seats, and get some popcorn because there are more updates coming your way soon!

We got a little more done today on this one! Installed the corner H-Posts and top rail. We double wrapped the H-Posts with 10 gauge tension wire and a bottom tension wire to keep the doggos from diggin out. And because this is only a 5ft tall fence, we didn't need the gigantic t-posts. This fence is ready to accept the 5ft 14 gauge 2x4 utility fence, just need to hang one more gate and erect the utility wire and we are done with this one.

This poor gate has been backed into by an suv on multiple occasions. We have rebuilt it completely twice and this will be the forth time we have been called out to adjust it in the last 3 years. It's fully functional again!

The other custom gate has never been adjusted until now, still goin strong for such a heavy gate.
