So Close! After taking a closer look, I realized the crack running through the ADA access aisle would likely cause this space to fail compliance. At least the property does have the required ADA sign installed at the correct height in one of the stalls.

This parking lot is definitely in need of sealcoating and, as you can see, crack filling before these cracks turn into even larger problems and bigger trip hazards.

Here is ANOTHER new Sealcoat and stripe. Company came in did the job and left the client NON Compliant. If you are a business with at least 5 parking stalls you must have at least 1 VAN accessible ADA stall and it MUST include the upright SIGN. The stencil on the ground is NOT required.
