August Residential Construction is looking for Laborers! You need to be hard working and dedicated. Someone who has experience in framing and drywall is a plus. You will be required to have reliable transportation daily and show up on time every day. Owning your own tools is a bonus but that can be worked around. We are a second chance organization, and we are more interested in your tomorrows than your yesterdays.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors during extreme heat and/or cold weather
- Physical fitness levels to perform job tasks
Expectations:
- Follow Production Timelines
- Comply with and obey all company policies/procedures and safety requirements
- Read and follow all company established plans, material lists, and guidelines
- Work as part of a team and take direction from management
- Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and in a safe manner
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Work effectively with peers of differing background and knowledge
- Punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible
