We've been out in Harrisburg this week helping out on a beautiful property, this old home is getting a few updates and a fresh look. I'll be posting some photos for this project at the end of the week of everything we've been up to but here's one for now of when I was roughing in some base/shoe trim. This home has been, fun, in a lot of ways but that's to be expected when you're restoring and remodeling in over century old homes. From out of square rooms to out of lifespan materials this home has a lot of curve-balls, but that's exactly why they want us out there to help tackle the issues they knew would arise and have them addressed properly. The homeowner did their own paint and design in this room so I can't take credit on the color choices here, admittedly though I do personally love a nice shade of purple. We're happy to help this home owner get their home more to what they envisioned, and those floors do look great, but it's time to move on to the rest of the home to have it all done in time for spring cleaning!
