BrushCo Painting and Restoration is looking for a skilled Painter to join our team. They must be reliable and deft as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work in a timely manner. We set ourselves above the competition by offering a superior service and incorporating excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Make on-site preparations such as setting up scaffolding or ladders, covering fixtures, applying tape or paper as necessary
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, repairing drywall, etc.
Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material
- Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
- Paint surfaces according to instructions with proper tools

Skills

- Proven experience as a painter (2 Years minimum experience)
- Excellent knowledge of painting materials and painting techniques
- Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)
- Manual dexterity with good balance to work on scaffolding, ladders when needed
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
- Experience with operating a paint sprayer is highly desired
- Customer service and professional attitude required
