Looking for reliable dependable drug free candidates, at least 1 year experience is required along with transportation and basic tools like a drill, candidate must be able to follow directions and be courteous and respectful to any homeowner's / tenants xcetera also must be reliable and have the ability to solve problems on their own in a cost effective way. Basic knowledge of hand tool use,should be comfortable on ladders, we are willing to provide proper training! Must me committed/dependable and have own transportation,having your own tools is a plus but not required!
