Full kitchen remodel

Sink will be moved across and placed under the window. Window will be reframed and replaced with a smaller one to fit and function fully over the counter top. All brand new upper and lower cabinets starting where the fridge is now wrapping around past the window, plus the same layout section by the stove. Ceiling fan and light will be removed completely and a walk in pantry custom built along that wall which includes interior lights that power on and off when the doors open and close. The single light In the beam between the 2 areas will be replaced with 2 rotational flush mount LEDs. The main kitchen ceiling light/chandelier replaced with a shallow LED chandelier to allow more clearance height between it and the floor. The fridge will shift to the other end of the cabinet set going along that wall. Roof and siding repairs made to stop the leaking areas along with the siding section from the change in window size electrical and plumbing gone over and ran in place of the new layout drywall repairs wil be made and new trim put up. New floor down and fresh paint.....and my favorite part which is often not given much thought but makes for a nice touch, shes going with black decor outlets and switches & covers and black trim yround the ceiling lights to go with the black counter tops....we will update via pictures
