Apricot My name is April Kate...my grandma always called me Aprikat. Since I was little I always had a love for decorating spaces and making things pretty.

Once I retired from state work I began rehabbing furniture and creating decor items for your home.

Delivered this beauty to a sweet mama nesting for her baby boy. It is a cherished piece of furniture from her childhood, that I was happy to give a facelift to for her new sweet baby. I have to say this dresser made me so jealous because it was heavy and large deep drawers, and just a wonderful piece of furniture. Client also got me to step out of my chalk paint/ Dixie Bell norm and I used Sherman Williams. Very pleasantly surprised. They wanted a very clean look and I would Highly recommend this paint for anyone doing cabinets.

When a friend says she inspired to redo her office set up and find a desk for me to play with!!! I love her guidance picking the colors and looks she loves. I love that drawer 💖 and pop of color on a natural wood. Paint makes the world prettt.

My sweet neighbor gave me this project piece. It was white with paint and nail polish all over it. Got it cleaned up and turned it into an elegant and adorable girls vanity/desk. I have a few things to touch up on it and then I have to decide to sell or keep.
