Our team completed this Linden area renovation. Our customer wanted to expand the kitchen that was truly non functional. We were able to utilize the eating space in the kitchen to add additional cabinets and relocate the stove and fridge. Additionally, we remove a window along the sink wall to allow for more cabinet and counter space as well as encorporating a dishwasher for the customer. Our team was able to remove vinyl siding that matched the home from a covered front porch to use where the window used to be to keep the siding the exact same color, we resided the covered porch to complete the installation. The team also completed, general maintenance and service work, full interior paint and market ready cleaning. This one is ready to go! We were able to all of this within the customers budget.

"Justin and team completed a removal of old laminate and installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring on the majority of our first floor. We were super surprised when he got us done earlier than quoted. Furthermore, when we were told the team would come and remove the old floor one day and install new the next, we were super excited when they removed, and completed most of the installation on the same day! Our team stepped into to help an investor fix a leaking basement. We completed a full drainage and sump pump installation along with exterior drainage tied into the homes existing down spout connection. This job was completed in a day and comes with a life time transferable warranty for our customer. See attached video to see just how bad it was!
