Bathroom vanity rebuild due to water damage

- Fix water leak
- Reframe toe-kick base, new bottom, new back panel
- New end panels (w/ clear coat inside and stained outside)
- New toe kick and baseboard on both vanities, stained to match existing
- Replace existing door with new slab, mortise hinges /hardware, and stain to match existing

Reframe and replace rotten treated deck joists, bandboards (including curved stair section), and deck boards. Remove and replace Timbertech fascia. Eliminate partial electric and reroute w/new conduit.

Refinishing of treated deck boards to be done later.
