I've been in the fireplace industry for over 24 years, I pride myself in repairing instead of replacement.
Please get a 2nd opinion when it comes to fireplace replacement because all fireplaces can be repaired unless the fireplace has been compromised. Just because your fireplace is 20 plus years old doesn't mean they don't make parts for them. Several companies have told customers that they don't make parts for them anymore and that's not the case. Veteran owned and operated and veterans will get a 10% discount on all services.
