Field service manager ensures that employees effectively work together to ensure all installation jobs are completed on budget and within scope. The field service manager must possess strong organizational skills, communication skills, and strong leadership in order to assist the company with its strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Core responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

● Work directly with customers to solve end-user issues and answer questions regarding their installation project.
● Oversee all aspects of the install process including establishing timelines and determining resources.
● Direct staff and provide feedback to solve problems as they arise.
● Demonstrate strong communication skills as you set clear expectations with customers
● Ability to multitask while seeing daily deadlines are met every day.
● Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively sort and track large amounts of information.
● Communicate and update UHS staff on issues that may arise.
● Create and maintain strong business relationships with business partners and sales teams.
● Ability to deescalate issues by finding a solution calmly and efficiently.
● Demonstrate a positive, upbeat manner even while facing complex problems or difficult situations.
● Ability to review and understand documents that are handled on a daily basis correctly.
● Understanding of common flooring installation standards including analyzing diagrams and flooring product knowledge
● The ability to handle other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● High School Diploma or GED equivalent
● Must be 18 years or older
● Valid Driver’s License
● Must pass background check
● 2+ years work experience
● Occasional carrying up to 50 pounds
● Excellent problem-solving skills

JOB OVERVIEW
This is a fast-paced position. We need a self-starter who is motivated with little supervision. The Delivery Assistant will be responsible in getting materials to their destination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Core responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
● Ensure that the vehicle is safe, clean, and free of any health risks or concerns.
● Operates all warehouse equipment using specified safety standards for machines including forklift, carpet cutting machine and the trash compactor
● Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of materials to designations.
● Assist to schedule pick- ups and hauls for warehouse waste containers to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness.
● The ability to handle other duties as assigned
● Assist in Pick up / Delivery of installation related projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● High school diploma or GED equivalent
● Must be 18 years or older
● Valid driver’s license
● Past forklift experience is a plus
● Ability to lift 50- 60 pounds without assistance
● Frequent standing, sitting, walking, stooping, balancing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, cleaning, exposure to heat and cold
● Able to work with all levels of staff
● Experience in flooring or general construction is a plus
● Ability to/learn how to drive a counterbalance fork truck with a carpet pole
● Ability to drive a 22–26-foot box truck perferred
● DMW Medical Card is a plus
