🚿 Another bathroom transformation complete!

🔥 KITCHEN TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE 🔥

This project started with a raised bar top that made the kitchen feel closed off and separated from the rest of the home.

We lowered the island to a standard countertop height, rebuilt the decorative wall, completed custom finish carpentry, coordinated new quartz countertops and backsplash installation, modified the plumbing and electrical, and brought everything together with a clean modern design.

The result is a much more open layout with better functionality, more usable workspace, and a kitchen that feels larger without changing the footprint.

Alright — posts are in, now we’re running stringers.

I start on one side, hang it up, and mark it right in the middle of the post before I cut it.

I’d rather do it this way than try to be perfect on every measurement…
because one little miss and now you’re fighting it the whole way 😂

This just keeps everything lined up clean, tight, and saves a lot of headaches.

Now it actually looks like a deck 😂

Everything’s framed, boards are down, and we took the time to cut it tight around the pool and clean up the edges.

Just got started on this deck repair 🔨
The existing structure had some rot and needed to be rebuilt the right way.

We’re tearing it down, reinforcing the framing, and extending it out toward the pool to give them a much better space to use this summer.
