"The technicians were excellent. Purchased a home that had had previous fires in the chimney. Needed a lot of work to clear prior tiles and put in a new insert. The whole time, keeping the mess out of the house was their priority, and was accomplished. Left the home and fireplace cleaner than when they got there. Kept me informed the entire process. Highly recommend, and thank you guys."
