We are beginning to see armyworms in the area. Armyworms can destroy a healthy lawn quickly. Look for brown patches suddenly appearing that don't appear to be heat stress related or birds flocking to your yard. Check early morning or late evening and look for armyworms near the soil line. Act quickly if you spot them to prevent further damage to your lawn.
