Exterior Project Scheduling Now Available: staining and painting
A Note on Timing. With the exterior season nearing, I would like to caution potential clients against rushing into exterior work. All coatings require specific temperatures and curing times to achieve optimal results. Night temperatures, rather than day temperatures, are the critical factor in determining the success of exterior projects. When investing in your home, it is essential to select the best time for application. Stain and paint require time to cure, and oil-based stains demand even more time. Power washing also necessitates adequate drying time, and prep materials like caulking and patch compounds may fail if rushed. As a trustworthy contractor, I would never recommend starting an exterior job prematurely. The longevity of a job hinges on proper curing. Temperatures above freezing during the day do not guarantee stable temperatures at night. I advise against rushing and instead encourage you to schedule your project. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me for an estimate or advice. We offer discounts for seniors, military personnel, nurses, emergency responders, and law enforcement officers.
