We took over this project in January after two different general contractors took advantage of this customer. They never pulled permits, didn’t hired licensed contractors to do the work, took tens of thousands of dollars from them in deposits and never produced any work. We had to completely gut several rooms, re-do all the plumbing, re-do all the electrical, add an HVAC system, and connect the apartment to the house with a breezeway. We installed all new floors, drywall, and trim, and poured a new concrete patio and walkway to the main house. They have been waiting a year and a half to move into the apartment and today we FINALLY got our occupancy permit! We still have some site work to do but they can finally move in. We are super proud of our team and how this project has turned out. Our cleaning crew is finishing the final touch up work tomorrow morning. Air Design Mechanical LLC Chris Pugh Jim Granchi
