What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on larger projects
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
What You Need Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years experience diagnosing and repair with HVAC systems and components
- Universal EPA License Required
- Clean Driving Record Required with Valid Driver's License
- Can pass a Background check
- General understanding of HVAC systems
- Mechanical skills across electrical, plumbing, and equipment repair
- Experience with diagnostic tools
- Shows up ready to work, takes pride in doing things right, and can handle jobs independently while supporting the team when needed
