🔧 Whole-Home Water System Upgrade Completed 💧

We wrapped up a strong project today rerouting the main water lines so this entire home now runs through a new sediment filtration system and water softener.

This wasn’t just a basic install — we took the time to rework the main water layout under the house to make sure every fixture is getting clean, conditioned water the way it should.

The end result is a system that improves water quality while also protecting the home’s plumbing and appliances long-term.

This one started with a serious hidden issue under the floor. Once we opened things up, the subfloor had completely failed and the structure underneath needed attention.

We gutted the entire subfloor down to the joists, then carefully jacked and corrected the floor framing to bring everything back level, solid, and structurally sound. 💪

Once the structure was dialed in, we rebuilt the floor using AdvanTech subflooring — one of the best materials out there for strength and moisture resistance. 🧱

From there we finished the space out with a full interior refresh:

✨ New drywall
🎨 Fresh paint
💡 Updated lighting
⚡ Electrical improvements
🪵 Brand new flooring

What started as a structural repair turned into a complete transformation. The home is now stronger and completely updated from the floor up.
