High water pressure can quietly destroy plumbing systems. This home was experiencing leaks at the water heater and dripping fixtures due to excessive pressure.

We installed a new PRV, and transitioned the line from PVC → PEX → PVC to complete the install properly. Pressure was dialed in and set to 65, which is the sweet spot for most residential plumbing systems.

Problem solved and the plumbing system is now protected.

Customer wanted more storage and a cleaner look, so we swapped the old pedestal sink for a full vanity setup.

I was about to grab the “before” picture… but Jesse started tearing it out at record speed. Safe to say the transformation happened fast. 😂

Another one knocked out and the customer is good to go.

🚧 Big new construction rough-in completed 🚧

This two-story home got a full plumbing layout installed and ready for the next stage.

The master bathroom was roughed in for a stand-up shower, toilet, and double vanity, along with plumbing for the washing machine and kitchen sink to keep everything moving smoothly through the home.

Upstairs we also roughed in another full bathroom featuring a double vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo.

To finish it off, we ran a 3” main vent through the roof to properly vent the entire system and make sure everything drains the way it should.

From the ground up, it’s always satisfying seeing a project come together like this.

Completed the full drain plumbing rough-in for this church project and had the opportunity to plumb in the new baptistry. We connected the 4” main to the city sewer tap, installed a 4” exterior cleanout, and properly bedded the pipe in gravel before backfilling to ensure long-term stability and protection.

Grateful to use our hands to help build a place where faith and community come together. 🙏

Full home repipe completed ✅
We upgraded the entire house with new PEX water lines and installed individual shutoff ball valves at every fixture for easier maintenance and future service. Reused the existing pressure reducer, added a new main shutoff valve, ran new PEX to the water heater, and finished with new straight stops and supply lines throughout.

Water heater replacement completed. While working we discovered moisture damage around the unit. The new heater is installed and running safely, and we recommended preventative steps moving forward. Catching leaks early can save a lot of time and money.

🚨Moisture in enclosed spaces can sometimes lead to mold over time. Mold is best handled early to protect air quality and the condition of a home. Routine checks and maintenance go a long way in keeping things safe 😷
