**New Position**
Hardscape/Landscaping/Outdoor Living Production/Operations Manager
Job Requirements:
2-5 years of Landscaping/Hardscaping/Outdoor Living Construction Foreman Experience, Hardscaping, Landscaping, Pools, Lighting, decks, porches, etc.
Ideal candidate has experience running a Hardscape/Landscaping crew before and wants to take their career and experience to the next level.
Experience with managing construction crew efficiency and production required.
Customer service experience required.
Experienced with landscaping equipment and machinery required.
Valid drivers license with no previous suspension or DUI's.
Responsibilities:
Oversee 3+ Crew Leaders and their crews.
Administer the morning process, ensuring Crew Leaders are prepared for the day and understand their daily assignment.
Possess CDL, have extensive equipment operation knowledge, field management of projects, are a leader, and have a desire to oversee 3-4 production crews.
Assist Crew Leaders and troubleshoot issues with clients and jobsite changes and complications.
This position is a key piece to the daily operations of our company that involves being in the office daily.
Order material as needed and monitor costs and deliveries.
Monitor morning load up procedures for crews and look for improvement.
Get crews set up, go over job(s) with crew leaders for that day and ensure crews get out the door and to the jobs efficiently.
Manage all landscape services, including coordination of people, materials, and equipment required to produce quality work efficiently.
Leverage personnel and equipment between crews to ensure maximum production output.
Meet with company owner daily prior to arrival of the crews to ensure priorities are being met and to communicate daily schedules and crew issues and challenges.
Assist with field production, hires, training, and safety implementation.
This position reports directly to company owner.
Scheduling of all field work between the crews in conjunction with company owner, updated daily.
Make notes throughout the season of what is needed so that we can use the offseason for extensive training.
Oversee all production crews to ensure efficiently with equipment.
Do reviews with all the Crew Leaders and crew in the field and set goals for them.
Make sure all crews are loaded and out by 7:30 a.m. If they aren’t, assist them and find ways to make this more streamlined.
Encourage crews to pre-load for the next day and avoid returning to the shop in the morning for things they forgot
In charge of PA one calls for projects and locating fill sites to dispose of soils rather than hauling them back to the site
Participate in and help manage snow removal in winter
