Just found my new kitchen superhero: the Pampered Chef Cup Zester! No more zest-astrophes with this gadget. I zested some carrots and ginger for a shrimp stir fry, and it was a zest-tacular success! Highly recommend!

I am on a girls trip with my daughter in Hawaii! We arrived yesterday and got our groceries for the week and unpacked.
She is dairy free and finding good dairy free desserts can be a challenge - especially when away from home.

Surprised her this morning with dairy free brownies. They were a hit!

Thank you Pampered Chef for giving us this option. You can can make regular, dairy free, or vegan - and the end result is delicious!
