So I always get funny looks when people ask my fee, So I am going to go ahead and explain it. I am not cheap because my work it shotty... I am cheap because I deliver quality work at an affordable price.

General Labor: $14 an hour. This covers general carpentry, painting, framing, flooring, porches, patios, and decks, etc.

Roofing Labor: $45 per square for laying over existing shingles or $55 per square if removal of old shingles is needed and $14 per hour if decking repair is needed.

Yes, I can work with you on my prices. If you are on a budget, I can make payment arrangements to fit your need. I will give you a quote on how many labor hours to expect and 10% will be required upfront if you decide to use my services.

How you save: You buy the materials. I simply charge for labor. There will be some jobs where I may need to have a helping hand to complete the jobs in a timely manner, and extra fees may be needed, but I will let you know in advance.

Client wanted the outside patio to match his home. We started with having the Posts installed and had a crew lay the concrete. This was my first Patio that had this particular style to it and was excited when working on it. I came back a year after doing it and was so lucky to get pictures of it looking like this. Complete Inside Floor Remodel and Paint Work. The floors had suffered sever water damage from the living room to the dining room. The floors were ripped up and replaced with sturdy OSB.

The walls were in dire need of a new paint job. We textured the walls and retouched the cielings. We picked a neutral Grey/Tan (Depending on lighting) with an offset white trim.

Other Jobs Completed: Removal of flooring and carpet, New Carpet and Flooring Installed, Removal of Old Appliances, New Appliances Installed, Cabinets Rebuilt and Repainted, New Trim installed, Sheetrock repaired throughout the home, Roof Repaired
