Job Title: Interior Designer / Project Estimator (Kitchen & Bath Remodeling)

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer with experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and business-minded, capable of designing beautiful spaces, accurately estimating project costs, and helping generate new client leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bathroom remodels.
• Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
• Create design concepts, layouts, and material selections.
• Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Manage projects from concept through completion.
• Actively seek and bring in new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in interior design, specifically kitchen and bath remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, fixtures, and current design trends.
• Experience with estimating project costs and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD or 2020) is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Existing client base or ability to generate leads.
• Experience working with contractors or in construction environments.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Compensation:
• Competitive base pay + commission/bonus opportunities based on sales and project completion.
