Heatherton's Homestead The start of a sustainable farm with a focus on pesticide free, non GMO plants and happy healthy animals.

This farm is being started by a former city dwelling husband and wife, who sold their suburban 2100 sqft, 0.5 acre home, with all the modern conveniences and moved to the country in a 900 sqft home on 43 acres lacking many modern conveniences. This change was made to learn to be more self sustainable by growing non GMO crops, raising happy healthy animals and getting out of debt. This is a huge le

arning experience for us, as we have never farmed or lived this way before. We learn as we go by trial and error and reading a lot of "how tos".
