My client sent photos of his completed Drag Car Factory reconstruction project where our office prepared the design, construction documents and assisted with the permit process. Its a good feeling when clients appreciate your efforts to facilitate projects that move easily through the permitting and construction processes. We'll be seeing these beautifully modified cars in the winners circle.

This project is a second floor and rear yard addition with an open floor plan.
The new home will include a stacked 16x13’ Living Room and 16x11’ Dining Room open to the 18x12’ Kitchen with a center Island.
The 1st floor also has a 19x14’ Family Room open to the back yard deck and a 12x11’ Bedroom with a full Bath.
The Second Floor will have three large bedrooms with a Master Bedroom On-Suite.
