We're in Crawford, GA today removing a white pine tree with significant decay in the trunk. When decay develops within the trunk, a tree can lose much of its structural strength, making it more susceptible to breaking or failing during storms and high winds. Addressing hazardous trees before they fail can help protect homes, vehicles, and surrounding property.
Fun Fact: Eastern White Pines are the tallest native pine trees in eastern North America and can grow over 150 feet tall under the right conditions!
Another Fun Fact: Tree decay often starts on the inside of the trunk and may not be obvious from the outside. A tree can still have green needles and appear healthy while significant internal decay is weakening its structure.
As a family-owned, owner-operated business, we're on every job working alongside our crew to make sure everything is done safely and professionally from start to finish.
