It’s farmers market season! Crescent City’s only certified farmers market starts tomorrow. As we were prepping plants tonight, we were reminded why we wanted a retail plant stand location, because while extremely fun to put together a sweet tabletop selection, it’s so hard for us to choose from all our varieties. It’s farmers market season that always clarifies to me the insane amount of plants we have because I can’t haul them all to the market. That said, we will have an awesome selection of veggies, flowers, and herbs. If you want to shop our full selection of plants, we have some modified hours coming up for a special event and holiday. Our normal hours are Thursday-Saturday 10-4, Sunday 12-4. This weekend we will be closed Friday and Saturday to celebrate our friends’ wedding. We will be open Thursday and Sunday. Normal hours for a couple weeks and For 4th of July weekend we will be open Thursday/Friday and closed Saturday/Sunday. Reminder you can’t access our location, 2950 Elk Valley Cross Rds, from the 199 for the foreseeable future. You can get to us from the 101 or Lesina Rd from Kings Valley. We hope to see ya at Wednesday Farmers Markets at 240 H street 9-2. We have 5 certified local farmers at the market this season, 2 prepared food vendors, bakeries and cottage food, coffee, crafts plus live music 11-1. Ebt and marketmatch covers edible plants!

Follow the blue lines on this map to reach our nursery! The road is closed where Elk Valley Cross Rds meets the 101 but you can still get to our nursery from the 101 or Titus/Lesina rd from Kings Valley Rd. Construction will be happening over the next couple of months as they put in a new roundabout at the 199/Elk Valley Cross Rds juncture. The gardening season is still young and we have tons of healthy veggies, herbs, and flowers. For now we plan to stay open our normal hours from Thursday- Saturday 10-4, Sunday 12-4. It’s prime planting time, so don’t let a little detour stop you. You can pass the cones and signs on Elk Valley Cross Rds that say closed to access the nursery ( you just can’t get on the 199 from Elk Valley Cross Rds). We hope to still see u this week!

If you want locally grown plants for your garden, your going to have to work a little harder to make your way to our nursery. Today, without warning, the road that connects Elk Valley Cross Rds to the 199 was closed. They also put up signs at the 101 onto Elk Valley Cross Rds, notifying 101 drivers that road is closed, as well as cones and signs just after Lesina/Titus road saying the road is closed. You can still get to our nursery but you'll have to know how. You can access our portion of Elk Valley Cross Rds from the 101. When you get to the cones/sign by Lesina/Titus you can go around them to access our nursery at the end of the road. You can also access Elk Valley Cross Rds if you are coming from Gasquet to Crescent City by taking a right on Kings Valley, left onto Titus/Lesina, left on to Elk Valley Cross Rds. Follow the blue lines on this map to the nursery. We knew construction was coming for the building of the round about at the 199/Elk Valley Cross Rds juncture but we didn't know about the road closure. We plan to stay open our normal hours for now, Thursday-Saturday 10-4, Sunday 12-4 but might need to make adjustments if Thursday/Friday become too slow or the construction is too loud. We have so many plants ready for your garden and hope you will still find a way to support our little nursery business. Good news is, Crescent City Downtown Wednesday Farmers Market starts next week!
