Ripped old old floor, laid new floor.

No entry thresholds, just straight through the rooms, and into the closets😁 nice and clean.

Some baseboards and painting left to do but she's just about wrapped up.

*Rebuild entire deck from top to bottom, framing, railing, steps, post, concrete forms

Long days, heavy wood, a billion cuts but the team handled it nicely and we were able to give these clients exaxtly what they were looking for.

The Solution Service LLC was able to tackle the remodle and give them a quality job with additonal work asked for by owner while on site.

*Subflooring

*New kitchen, bathroom, living area flooring

*New doors interior

* Basboards, door trim throughout, window trim

* New Cabinetry upper and lower kitchen

*Laundry Shelving

*tounge and groove additions

*Vanity/mirror/additonal lighting

Along side many other things we did a full construction clean and set up the entire home some that they could immediately start renting the home again.
