SilverBack Epoxy 🦍can be used to fill in properly gutted areas of wood rot on decks. Or any piece of wood 🪵 for that matter.

Often the best thing to do is simply to replace the piece of wood. As would have been the case in this scenario.

However, SilveBack Epoxy can refortify just about any piece of wood. It cures up to 5x stronger than concrete 💪 and can be beat on with a hammer 🔨 after curing without failing.

In a pinch it can be coated in just a couple hours with most paints and stains ( for best results wait 24 hours)

Can be sanded with 30 grit and then 80 fot fine finish ( wear mask and eye protection ) . For most repairs sanding is not necessary. Just knife flat. But it can be for those who are ultra visually picky.

We have zero doubt that the gutted wood 🪵 fill that we did on this rail kick board will last year and years.
