Another one the down hill swing. This one is over the 3200 sq ft mark but are finally to the phase of putting some finish material up. We are now footprinted and ready for countertop measurements (scheduled) alot of birch board and batton along with bead board going up. Then tons of paint and floor finishes.

This one turned out just the way we expected and the customer loves it. Thank you Mr and Mrs Brittain for being a loyal repeat customer. This one started as a repair and ended up as a total bathroom renovation with new master bedroom floor (LVP). Always a pleasure doing work for great folks.

Doing a total bathroom remodel on this one. Had to do some structural work to properly set closet fl**ge and to allow proper install of shower base. Had to relocate plumbing since we are replacing tub with shower.(see original plumbing) Had to build out a new wall to allow 60x30 base due to washer box , vent and 220 power line. Now we are over laying 1/4 walls ,setting new toilet, 2 new vanities and new waterproof LVP throughout bath and master bedroom. This one should be finished up this week.

This one was completed a few weeks ago. We took this one on that was started by the owner which did a great job. Things were a little out of square and not plumb but we told the owners we could make it happen with a few modifications. We changed a few things done a few add ons and pulled the electric cable (rough in) and completed the job with satisfied customers. It was a pleasure to take on this challenge and look forward to working with them in the near future (reviewing some prints as I post this).

Well, this one is at the end. Tomorrow we start pulling the wire throughout the barn for recepticals, lighting ,fans ,heaters and miscellaneous fixtures. This one here has been a challenge but we are always up for a good challenge. We added an extra beam , staircase to loft and customer also wants us to run all wire(cable) throughout. Jason and Beth have been great to work with and appreciative of all that we have done. Looking forward to the next project that we are reviewing for them as we speak.
