Man are we tired of this cold weather. These lower then normal temps make your heating units work harder, that extra stress causes parts to over work and stop working. Please maintain your heating units.
This customer had a controller problem that wouldn't allow the flame to get to temp. We changed out the thermocouple and the controller unit, got it programed to the right stove type and it runs awesome now.

Due to unfortunate circumstances we will be unable to fulfill any scheduled jobs as this happened on the way to a job. We are going to take this time and be thankful that everyone in both cars walked away. This could have been alot worse for both parties involved.
It is very important to remember that there will be ice under any snow at these temps and if your unsure of the road conditions it would be best to go slow and get there alive and in one piece.

Brrrr!! This customers pellet stove quit working in the middle if the night and didnt know we offer 24/7 heating emergency call outs.

The motor for the auger was mounted in a less then quality fashion as it was not made in America.
We made up a new motor mount and got them warming up again.

Please remember to service your heating units after each winter season and before the snow flys again.

Customer had a strong smell of doody anytime they used water. Turns out the previous guy to "fix" the drain line used garbage bags and flex tape to seal it. I hope whoever did this "fix" is no longer in business.
We were absolutely appalled seeing this. We removed the old line and installed a new main drain.
